Revelation: The Cosmic Connection – Midterm Reflections, Global Politics & Staying Grounded

Following a contentious election cycle, many people find themselves grappling with mixed emotions, economic frustrations, and news fatigue.

In this episode of Revelation: The Cosmic Connection on the Trim Radio Network, host Peter Kling opens with a personal update regarding his longtime co-host, Dr. Jason Rand, offering words of respect, prayers, and well-wishes as Dr. Rand continues to navigate hospice care.

From there, Peter is joined by Riscalla to process their candid reactions to the midterm election results. The two discuss the everyday challenges facing working families—including inflation, high diesel and commodity prices, and broader foreign policy concerns. Riscalla shares his personal perspective on political disillusionment across the entire political spectrum, while Peter examines historical power dynamics, political symbolism, and interpretations of prophetic scripture found in Revelation and the Gospels.

The conversation touches on global events, supply chain vulnerabilities, and news reports from around the world. Peter emphasizes that amid conflicting reports and societal stress, the most practical approach is not succumbing to anxiety or anger, but focusing on real-world preparedness, strengthening bonds with family and neighbors, and maintaining spiritual and mental clarity.
